This album was recorded in a single take during one of my recent concerts. Stripped down to just voice and piano, these songs convey deep, resonant feelings in their most authentic form. The music is intimate and reflective, guiding the listener through a spectrum of emotions, from introspection to renewal. Each piece unfolds naturally in the moment, making this recording as personal as it is unfiltered.

In the winter between the years 2024 and 2025 I recorded a total of 22 original songs which I will release in two separate albums over the course of the year.

Layers (Release in Summer)

Layers is a personal exploration of the transformative journey through my twenties, recorded with my gifted friends Lucas Kolbe (Bass), Henning Katz (Drums), and Lenni Micheel (Keys), along with a lively string orchestra. As a special guest and feature Meritxell Neddermann joins for one track on the vocoder. This album weaves together songs from the past years, each reflecting different facets of personal growth.

Layers captures a spectrum of emotions, from dreamy escapism to navigating anger and embracing life’s vibrant lessons. While parts of the music invites listeners to dance, the underlying themes encourage reflection on the complexities of the human experience as we peel back the layers of life.
